JUST A WARNING!! This is super long, I don't really expect that you read all of this. Ive noticed that on my site I just kinda write a lot and I understand that's not everyone's thing but (hint hint) if someone wanted to learn more about me, this is where I would look honestly. This is the first round of major changes I'm making! I first made this site around July 2025 and (as you can see on my "history" page) it's gone through a lot of changes, just like me. Once school started in September, I stopped working on this site and that made me really sad. Revisiting this site a few months later, I realize just how much I've already changed (mostly just because of school rhythms and influence but it's not all bad). I want my site to reflect those changes, but I also want to document the changes I've been through so one day I can come back and see just how far I've come. This page has all the old versions of things or things I cut. So here I present to you the first installation of "Change", where I am documenting my website as it grows with me.

"Hi! My name is Luneth (she/her) and I am the person who built this site. There is a lot of history to this site so make sure you check out my history page. but this page is about me! I am a sixteen year old nerd who loves learning and loves older things. I have found a lot of value in being intentional about my access to technology and how I use it which is what led me to building this site! I have been thrust into a generation that has been taken over by social media and easy access to internet, and for a while I let myself conform to that normal. But then I started getting really sick of who I became and this summer I decided I wanted to be different. I deleted my social medias and most apps off my phone. I started limiting my own screentime and trying to do things I enjoyed in real life. I discovered the indie web and web developement and I fell in love. There is something about MAKING a space for yourself on the internet and being creative in comparison to being fed content by algorithms. I cut some movies from my favorite movies list on my about page. These are the ones I cut:

- The Secret Garden (2020)
(I still really like these movies but they aren't ones I want to watch as much anymore, also I added other movies)

- Secret Garden (Frances Hodgson Burnett
- Penderwicks (Jeanne Birdsall)
- Animal Farm (George Orwell)
- Of Mice and Men (George Orwell)
- Little Women (Lousisa May Alcott)
(once again, I still love these books but they aren't books I reference as much anymore or want to read again for a little while)

Other than those more major changes, I just went around and fixed (only some) grammar, cleaned up some CSS, and blew some more kisses. As of this Change I'm working on adding a blog (with a cool movie recs marquee but we shall see if that works out) and then maybe I can get back to my very VERY bland Wednesday Addams Shrine. Who knows!
